What shipping options are available?
We currently offer shipping within Australia and to select countries outside of Australia. Within Australia, we partner with Australia Post by default. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and will vary based on your location and if you choose to go with standard or express shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping for orders totalling $125 and above.
How soon will my order be shipped?
All tarts are handmade and so, will require at least 3 – 4 business days to dispatch! Deliveries typically take place between Monday and Friday and estimated deliver time frames for different location are listed below.
- Victoria, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide – 1 to 3 business days
- Brisbane and Tasmania – 3 to 4 business days
- Northern Territory and Western Australia – 5 to 10 business days

Do you ship products internationally?
We currently ship products to the following countries; Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand and Canada. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will differ based on your country. We currently do not offer free international shipping.
International orders are estimated to take between 10 to 28 business days to be delivered and may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees upon the delivery of your order.
Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to understand the potential duties or taxes that may apply in your country.
Can a delivery address be modified once the order is placed?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated to ensure efficient processing, and any modifications may cause delays or confusion in preparing your order.
We highly advise thoroughly reviewing your shopping cart and details before proceeding to the checkout.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. Simply visit www.auspost.com.au for Australian orders or the assigned courier for international orders and enter your tracking number to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package.
Once delivered, we do not have the ability to change the order to the outcome of the delivery. Please reach out to the respective courier for further assistance once the order is out for delivery and if you encounter any issues.
