How can I apply a promo code?
You can apply a promo code by following these steps:
- Proceed to your shopping bag
- Locate the box labelled ‘Enter promo code’ underneath your order total
- Enter your promo code into the designated box
- Click on the ‘Apply’ button
Please note that the promo codes must be applied in order to receive the associated item or offer. Additionally, please keep in mind that only one promo code can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers.
Do you offer gift cards for online purchases?
We would love to offer gift cards but currently, we don’t. Once we do, you’ll be the first to know!
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
In the event that the product is damaged or defective, we will be more than happy to assist you with a refund. The refund amount will exclude the original shipping cost. To initiate a refund, please return the item within 5 business days from the date of shipment. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
We will assess each returned product to understand what happened. If the product has been tampered with, partially or totally consumed, we may deny the refund.

If the shipment is declined or returned, any associated shipping or handling costs will still be your responsibility.
